Serengeti National Park is the oldest and most popular national park in Tanzania. It is additionally a World Heritage Site, known for the monstrous yearly relocation, when immense number of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles keep running toward its fields. Looking for new field, the crowds move north from their reproducing grounds in the verdant southern fields. Many cross the muddy western hallway's crocodile-pervaded Grumeti River. Others veer upper east to the Lobo Hills, home to black falcons. Black rhinos occupy the rock outcrops of the Moru Kopjes. Serengeti contains the highest number of large mammals on Earth and it is well-known for its 2,500 Lions standing glad and thundering over its fields. The park is likewise a home for more than 518 identified bird species, and some of them are Eurasian vagrants who migrate from European countries during winter a very long time on Northern side of the equator.
The Park itself is isolated into 3 areas. The mainstream southern/focal part, known as Seronera Valley, is the thing that the Maasai called the "serengit", the place where there is unlimited fields. That is, the thing that we can call great savannah, spotted with acacia trees and advanced with wildlife. The western passageway is circumscribed by the Grumeti River, and it is more timberlands and thick bramble. The northern Lobo zone, which is cooperating with Kenya’s Masai Mara Reserve, is the least visited segment of the Serengeti National park.
